SAINTSCO offers both STANDARD and EXPRESS delivery for your selection:
Please allow for between 7 to 21 business days for the delivery. This lead time is also subject to the Customs & Duty requirements of the recipient country and the speed at which the parcels can be cleared. Orders sent by Standard International Air do not have track & trace. Please note that a signature may be required upon final delivery of goods.
Please allow for between 3 to 7 business days for the delivery. Orders sent by Express Courier does have track and trace and signature will be required upon final delivery of goods. Please understand that SAINTSCO takes no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and that the customer is fully responsible for the cost to resend an order that is returned due to an incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address details are correct to ensure correct delivery.
All orders are subject to customs requirements and import duties and taxes once the order reaches the respective country of destination. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, this also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority in the recipient country. Any duties and taxes, which are levied by the authorities in the destination country, are at the customer's cost. Additionally, shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by the receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to offer a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.
If the order is not received after 30 working days due to goods being lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Team via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist to track the order and advise the status of the delivery.
If customers are not satisfied with the purchase, it is allowed to be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days after receipt of the shipment. Returned goods must be in un-used and resellable condition with original packaging. Please allow 3 to 7 days to process the return and replacement request. All postage is not refundable unless goods are deemed to be faulty. The customers are responsible for the return shipping.

We make every effort to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear during in transit. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve any issues.
Order can be cancelled provided it has not been dispatched. We will refund the cost of the order to the credit card the customer purchased with. Please contact us via email@example.com for any order cancellation.
